My First Post!!!

Sunday 28 September 2008

My very first blog!!! Am recuperating after surgery, not allowed to do too much. Lots of reading, cross-stitching Christmas Stocking for my new Grandbaby Lidija ... This evening went to a bbq hosted by PT Cruisers Down Under and met fellow Cruiser Members on their way for a cruise to Great Ocean Road via Batemans Bay, Eden, Lakes Entrance, Sorrento, Apollo Bay. Sounds pretty good but can't make it this time due to the surgery ... always next time. Joanna so excited by all the Cruisers. This morning they all came by Surf Beach and honked and tooted - it was great... Off to bed soon, bbq has made quite sore ... all that sitting. Here's to all those PT Cruisers out there .... Happy Cruising whatever you do, wherever you are!!!

Welcome To My World

Hello, my name is Dzintra Ingrid ... have been known as Ingrid and since our Sea Change I have started to use Dzintra ... pronounced without the D ... (but still known as Ingrid, I know, it's confusing ...)

Welcome to my world ... a journal of our Sea Change ... Mum to three wonderful children ... bringing up a daughter with a disability and seeing life through her eyes ... being a new Nanna ... photos ... inspiring quotes ... taking on a cookery course ... the odd recipe ... and trying to get some stitching done amongst all this ...
